NOTABLES:
- A security deposit of $500 will be required with each rental
- A $50 reservation fee will be required when the rental agreement is signed. Reservation fee will be applied to rental fee
- The minimum rental time is 4 hours for each event
- Members of Knights of Columbus Council 833 will receive a membership discount of 20%
- Knights of Columbus from other local councils will receive a membership discount of 10%
